Happy Belated Valentine’s Day

February 16, 2010

How YOU doin’? It’s been way too long. I’m afraid the real world has gotten in the way of all things food and fabulous. Pictured above is stir fry if you couldn’t tell by the assortment of colorful, fresh vegetables. I don’t typically follow a recipe for stir fry so that’s why I didn’t include one. Sue me. The Asian goodness usually includes sesame oil, onions, garlic, soy sauce and this super hot Szechuan sauce from Harris Teeter. Then, we throw in a plethora of legumes and chicken, shrimp or beef.

Stir fry was our fallback meal when the ‘puter Hub and I were dating. We have eaten stir fry all over the Eastern U.S together – in snowy Ohio, during Clemson Tiger football, in sunny Charlotte, NC, etc. Cue holding hands in field of flowers to So Happy Together.

Good times. Good memories. Ok, so I’m getting sappier than a maple tree in a syrup factory. Time to get back to planet Earth  i.e. Real Housewives of Orange County. Yes, NYC is coming soon. Can’t wait. We will talk soon. You have a good day now. Bye bye.

Hope you all have a happy, healthy belated Valentine’s Day, and I hope you have someone you can share your stir fry with.
