I Had a BBQ Stain On My White T-Shirt

I love me some warm weather and BBQ. Here’s a weekend treat for all you grill masters out there. Take that, Bobby Flay. This white barbecue sauce brings new meaning to “I had a BBQ stain on my white T-shirt.” Might need to consider a serious lyric-refresh, Timmy. White BBQ sauce is the new black.

White Barbecue Chicken

  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • ¼  cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon coarse ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish

 Stir together all ingredients until well blended. You can store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.

When you’re ready, marinate the chicken for about two hours. Grill chicken on a medium-high grill. Flip chicken on sides and keep flipping until it’s firm in the middle. Flip at least four times. You want it to be thoroughly cooked but not dry.

Pair with a tomato caprese salad.
